It is the first Boutique hotel of its kind in Chania. The location is unique as well as the design of the rooms. The hotel is built on neo-classic style and related to the history of the building. The concept and design of the rooms are based on the features and hobbies of the German Ambassador Mr. Richard Krueger and his wife Wilhelmine. Therefore the 9 rooms and suites are named Cement, Ceramic, Fabric, Glass,  Metal, Mosaic, Porcelain Wooden, Brick, Stone, Vitraux and Mineral. The hotel is next to the Old Town and city center and to the fantastic sandy beach of Nea Chora.
