Finding the right villa

A villa is only as good as its fit. Before we suggest anything, we ask about the details that make the difference:

how many bedrooms and bathrooms you need, and who shares them,
whether you want to be on the beach, within walking distance of a village or completely secluded,
pool, sea view, children’s safety, accessibility and parking,
whether you’d like staff on site or full privacy.

Concierge services we can arrange

Arrival: airport, port or helicopter transfers and a villa stocked before you arrive.
At the villa: private chef, daily housekeeping, babysitting, in-villa massage and fitness sessions.
On the water: day boats and crewed yachts, see yacht and private jet charters.
Out and about: restaurant and beach-club reservations, private guides and private tours, car rental and chauffeurs.
Celebrations: birthdays, anniversaries, proposals and small weddings at the villa, with the support of Kennedy’s Group’s events team.

Because we are a full travel agency, the villa can be one part of a bigger trip: flights, a few nights in an Athens hotel, island hopping, and a villa week at the end. One travel designer handles all of it, with 24/7 support while you travel.
