What we deliver
- Meetings and conferences: venue sourcing, accommodation blocks, AV and technical production, registration and delegate transfers.
- Incentive travel: reward programmes that combine five-star hotels with private experiences, from sailing regattas to dinners at archaeological sites where permitted.
- Corporate events and gala dinners: concept, venue, catering, entertainment and staging through Kennedy’s Group’s events department.
- Product launches and fam trips: press and partner trips, product presentations and familiarisation tours.
- Group logistics: charter flights, coaches, private jets and helicopters, and port and airport handling.
Where we operate
Athens and the Athenian Riviera
Athens combines conference hotels and venues with world-class history, while the Riviera from Glyfada to Vouliagmeni and Sounio offers seaside resorts and event spaces within half an hour of the airport.
The islands and the mainland
Mykonos, Santorini, Crete, Rhodes and Corfu suit incentive groups and high-end events, and the Peloponnese and northern Greece offer resorts, wineries and heritage sites for team programmes.
How we work
- Brief: your goals, group size, dates and budget.
- Proposal: destination, venues, hotels and a full programme with costs.
- Planning: contracts, rooming lists, transport, menus and a detailed run-of-show.
- On-site: our coordinators manage every transfer, session and event.
- Follow-up: final reconciliation and feedback.
